All Sales are Final.
Succulent Bar & Events:
Your reservation is held just for you. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can open up your spot for someone else. Our Succulent Bar is extremely popular. Store credits will be issued for cancellations.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments (you must reach out to us prior to your appointment to receive a store credit).
Plant Shipments:
All Sales are Final. However, if plants are damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item we will send a replacement at no additional charge. We stand behind our plants and our goal is to create smiles one plant at a time.
To report damaged plant, you can contact us at jill@classycactusfarm.com. Please send a picture of the plant. Damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that any damages are reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
Refunds
In the event a refund is issued - you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
